Shipping and Handling Charge (USA and its territories). The charge is $5.00 for orders under $50.00 shipped to points within the mainland United States. The charge is 10 percent of the total product price if the order is over $50.00. The minimum shipping charge to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands is $10.00.

FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL - We are currently offering free shipping if your ONLINE USA order total is over $75.00. Place your order online to save money. The free shipping offer is not available to businesses that resell our products.

Shipping and Handling Charge to Canada. The charge for shipments to Canada is $10.00 if the product subtotal is under $40.00. The charge is 15 percent if the product subtotal is over $40.00.The shipping and handling charges will be computed online for shipments anywhere in the world. We ship to Australia, countries in Europe, and everywhere else!

There are no shipping or handling charges on DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS.

Most orders are shipped by ground transportation using either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service (USPS).

Policy for Product Returns.If you are not satisfied with a product that was shipped to you, please contact us within 45 days to request a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Products must be in NEW condition to be accepted. Therefore, do not mark the products until you are sure that they meet your needs.
