Charge cards will not be processed until we have verified that the products ordered are in stock. If we notice any problems with your order, you will be contacted.

A shipping/handling charge is applied to all shipped orders. The minimum charge is $3.50.

Most orders are shipped by ground transportation using either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service (USPS).

If you are not satisfied with a product that was shipped to you, please contact us within 45 days to request a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Products must be in NEW condition to be accepted. Therefore, do not mark the products until you are sure that they meet your needs.
